TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3 tbsp. Mazola oil
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. pimento
1 can tuna fish
2 hard boiled eggs, cut up

Put Mazola oil in pan, add onions and peppers. Cook until soft. Add flour, milk, soup and stir until thickened. Add pimento, tuna, and eggs.

Then add cooked macaroni. Place in casserole dish 1 1/2 quart. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until brown.
