TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna fish
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Melt butter in pan on low heat. Dice onion small, brown in pan about 5 minutes. Cook egg noodles about 10 minutes. In small bowl mix together tuna, soup and milk; mix well. Add browned onion. Add noodles to the mixture. Place in 1 quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
