FOUR WINDS CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Chun King water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder; optional
1/4 c. milk
1 (about 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 (5 oz.) can Chun King Chow Mein noodles

In large skillet, heat oil. Add onion and water chestnuts and saute until onion is soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup noodles. Pour into a shallow greased 1 quart casserole. Top with reserved noodles. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until noodles are lightly browned. Makes approximately four 1 cup servings.

Love this recipe. Made it for years. Even though I use albacore tuna, my 2 year old; who hates tuna,eats this and asks for seconds. This recipe is fast and easy!
