CLUB CRACKER BREAK UP 
1 box Club crackers
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. sliced almonds

1. On a foil lined cookie sheet, arrange Club crackers in rows until they cover the cookie sheet.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Melt sugar and butter until hot and thick.

4. Sprinkle almonds over crackers.

5. Spoon sugar mixture over crackers and almonds. It's thick and may be hard to spread evenly. Don't worry.

6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

7. Using a spatula, lift crackers from sheet. They will break, but that's the point.

8. Serve broken up bits of crackers and topping in bowl or basket.

My family really love these and I make them often. The only thing is I use parchment paper to line my pans and they don't stick to the paper like they do with foil.
