MONKEY BREAD 
3 cans buttermilk biscuits
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter

Place sugar, cinnamon and nuts in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters using clean kitchen shears. Shake the pieces in the plastic bag to coat with sugar mixture. Grease a bundt or angel food cake pan and arrange pieces in pan. Melt butter; add brown sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil, pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Pull apart - great for breakfast.
