CHICKEN - TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 lg. chicken breasts (or leftover chicken or turkey)
Water
Celery
Onions
Salt
3 c. spaghetti, broken
1 sm. jar pimento
1 green pepper
1 c. chicken broth (or 1 bouillon cube & 1 c. water)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushrooms with juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook 3 large chicken breasts in water with celery, onions and salt (or leftover chicken or turkey). Prepare 3 cups broken spaghetti. Drain and pour into a large bowl. Cut chicken into pieces. Add to spaghetti. Add small jar of pimento, onion (if desired), and 1 green pepper, chopped. Mix together. Add 1 cup chicken broth (or bouillon cube and 1 cup water), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans mushrooms with juice, and 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese, shredded. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. If using Pyrex dish, bake at 350 degrees.
