ONE DISH MEAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pt. tomato juice
1 lb. zucchini squash, cut up
1 level tbsp. minute tapioca
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
1/4 c. alphabet macaroni or small spaghetti

Fry slowly meat and onion just until the bright red color disappears. Add tomato juice and zucchini. Salt and pepper to taste; add basil and oregano. Cook and add macaroni or spaghetti and tapioca. When zucchini is tender place in baking dish and cover with 4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese browns.
