SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tomato paste can of water
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti
2-3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Sliced green olives

Saute ground beef and onions until brown. Drain off grease. Add tomato juice, tomato sauce, 1/2 can water and tomato paste with can of water. Cover and let mixture come to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to directions. In a greased 9 x 12 (or two 8 x 8) casserole dish add layer of sauce, layer of spaghetti, and layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Over the top layer add the mushroom soup and slices olives. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
