MOTHER'S DAY DESSERT 
1 (12 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can diced pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin, any flavor
Red maraschino cherries

Mix together cottage cheese, whipped topping and pineapple. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and fold in (use gelatin in dry stage). Add cherries - or use only as garnish. Chill in 2 inch deep pan for 2 hours or more.
