POTATO BALLS 
3 lb. of potatoes
Salt to taste
Flour to bread it

FILLING:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 oz. chopped ham
1 garlic clove
1/4 lb. green pepper
1/2 lb. onion
1 can (sm.) tomato puree

Boil potatoes until done. Separately chop ingredients and cook until meat is done (1/2 hour). Let it cool. Drain potatoes, mash and add salt. Add some in your hand, flat and in the center add the filling, form a ball breading with the flour. Let it cool to dip fry.
