“HOT BACON CHEESE SPREAD” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  HOT CHILI DIP

HOT BACON CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (16 oz.) round bread (uncut)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced bacon, cooked crisp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby/Monterey jack cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, minced

Cut a lid off top of bread and hollow out center, leaving 1-inch thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite size pieces.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into the hollowed bread shell and cover with the top of the bread. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve hot, you can reheat in microwave. Serve with bread and assorted crackers.
