CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions, fine
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, fine
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and shape into ball. Refrigerate until cold and shape into ball again. Roll in extra pecans, if desired. Note: Pineapple must be drained and very dry before mixing.
