TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 med. sized boneless round steak
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. teriyaki sauce
1 lg. wok or iron skillet with lid

On a cutting board, cut steak crosswise in 1 inch strips to make like fingers. In skillet or wok brown steak and onion in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Stir fry on medium high to high. Keep stirring until all brown. Turn down medium low and add other ingredients. Simmer covered for 30-45 minutes or until "cut with fork" tender. You may have to add a little more water. Serve over rice or potatoes.
