TERIYAKI STEAK/CHICKEN 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak (about 1-inch thick) or chicken breasts

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, molasses, ginger, mustard and garlic. Place the meat in a glass dish or plastic bag and pour the marinade over so that the steak is completely coated. Marinate meat for 6 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. After the meat has marinated, prepare grill. Grill the steak to your liking. Let rest for at least 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. If using chicken, cook until no longer pink.
