CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 drops Tabasco
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. vegetables or meat

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium skillet, saute mushrooms in butter; remove and drain on paper towel. In blender or food processor, blend eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, onion powder, salt, and Tabasco. Pour into large bowl. Stir in mushrooms, cheese, meat or vegetables. Pour into a quiche dish. Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool at least 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 4.
