CHILI EGG PUFF 
1/2 Serving:
5 eggs
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 sm. can diced green chilies
Full Serving:
10 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 sm. cans diced green chilies

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add flour mixture, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter; blend well. Add chilies. Pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top will be golden brown and center firm.
