CHILI EGG PUFF 
6 lg. eggs
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minute. This recipe easily doubles for large group.
