CHILI EGG PUFF 
5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili

Put in blender or electric mixer and blend or beat until smooth. Pour into well greased square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned lightly and is firm. Serves 5-8.
