BANANA BREAD 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. reduced calorie butter, softened
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. water
1 2/3 c. Gold Medal all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 or 9 x 5 x 3 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Beat sugar and butter in medium bowl on medium speed about 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly, until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, egg whites, bananas and water on low speed about 30 seconds or until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake 8 inch loaf 60 minutes, 9 inch loaf 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf (24 slices).
