1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pineapple pulp and juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tbsp. butter
12 marshmallows
1 c. nuts

Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
