CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. Minute Rice
5 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Saute celery and onion. Add browned meat and salt. Set aside. Boil shredded cabbage for 5 minutes. Mix rice, soup, and milk. Mix together with drained cabbage meat mixture and soup mixture. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Place in casserole; top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
