CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tsp. salt 1 c. minute rice 5 c. shredded cabbage 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1/2 c. grated cheese Brown meat, celery, onion, and salt. In a pan, cook cabbage for 5 minutes. After it starts boiling, drain and add meat mixture. Then add rice and 1/2 grated cheese. Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
