CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey or 1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. rice
1 pt. tomatoes or tomato juice
1 can mushrooms
1 head cabbage

Cut cabbage up in small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat, add 3 tablespoons rice, tomatoes and mushrooms (mushrooms - optional). Simmer for 20 minutes. Put in casserole dish, cover and bake. This is a legal dish for dieters, it is low in calories.
