CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. cabbage 1 med. onion 1 lb. lean ground beef meat 3 tbsp. chopped parsley 3 tbsp. green onions or shallots 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. cooked rice Boil cabbage until tender, drain, retain some water. Brown ground meat lightly: add onion, parsley and green onion. Stir in soup, rice and cabbage. Simmer a few minutes in saucepan, adding cabbage water, if needed. Heat oven to 350 degrees, put cabbage mixture in casserole dish, cover, top with Progresso bread crumbs. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes. |
