CHEESE STICKS 
2 c. flour
2 c. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar (gold label)
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
6 to 8 tbsp. water

Shred cheese and let stand at room temperature with butter for a few hours. Mix in remaining ingredients like you'd make pie dough. Cut in 4 inch strips about 1/4 inch thick, then twist strip. Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
