SAUSAGE CHEESE STICKS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Bisquick
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese

Cut sausage and cheese with knife. Mix thoroughly. Mix in Bisquick. Sprinkle enough water over mixture to make into dough. Pinch off pieces and roll into finger-sized sticks. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 500 degrees until golden brown. Can be frozen.
