SPICY CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. cranberries
1 c. raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. water
1 med. apple, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, sliced thinly

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar and spices. Add water and cook 15 minutes until beans pop and sauce thickens. Stir in onion, apple, celery. Simmer 15 minutes until thickened. Cool. Refrigerate. Keep in jar or covered glass or plastic dishes. May also freeze for later use.
