CINNAMON CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter

DOUGH MIXTURE:

3 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder (this is correct)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Mix together crumb mixture. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in your butter. Add beaten eggs and milk (mixed together). Stir it together well and pour alternately with crumb mixture start with dough and end with crumb mixture (three layers of each). Use greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 25 minutes. May take longer. A toothpick stuck in should come out clean. While still warm you can spread on a glaze of powdered sugar and water.
