EASY CHICKEN SUPPER 
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. mayo
1 tbsp. milk
2 whole lg. chicken breasts

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Skin and bone chicken breasts; cut in half. On sheet of waxed paper, place bread crumbs. In pie plate beat mayo and milk until smooth. Dip chicken breast into mayo mixture, then coat with crumbs.

2. Grease 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange chicken in pan, bake 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake 10 to 15 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is fork tender. Makes 4 servings.
