BROWNIE DECADENCE 
5 squares semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. water
2 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Topping & 1 square chocolate

Combine chocolate and butter in saucepan; heat on low until melted. Cool 5 minutes. One at a time, beat in sugar, water, egg yolks and vanilla until blended. Fold in flour and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into greased 9" round pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool before spreading topping.

TOFFEE WALNUT TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. whipping cream
2/3 c. butter, cut into tbsp.
1 c. walnuts or pecans, toasted

Melt sugar until syrup is caramel colored. Stir in quickly but carefully (mixture will bubble furiously). Add butter 1 piece at a time. Stir in nuts; refrigerate to set.
