HANKY PANKY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c. club soda

Mix together all ingredients and beat well. Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and ice.

COVER-UP ICING:

1 env. whipped topping mix
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 or more of the following: coconut, nuts or maraschino cherries
