1 can sweet corn (500g)
2 grated carrots
1 chopped onion
mayonnaise

Put all of the sweet corns in a container. Grate carrots, add to container. Add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and grated carrots; combine well.

Serves 4-6. Lasts for 4 days.
