MOTHER'S MOLDED COLESLAW 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 cup boiling water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery seed
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced bell pepper

Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in vinegar. Add mayonnaise, salt, celery seed, cream cheese and evaporated milk. Beat smooth with a rotary beater. Chill until partially set.

Fold cabbage, onion and bell pepper into the jello. Chill until firm in a rectangle glass or something similar.

To serve cut in squares and place on lettuce lined plates.

Makes 6 servings.
