BECKY'S EASY AND CHEESY POTATOES 
Great as a holiday side dish!

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns or tater tots (shredded or cubed)
1 (16 oz.) bag sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 medium sized onion, finely diced (optional)

In a very large bowl, mix above ingredients until evenly distributed. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan (glass preferably). Spread and flatten in pan until even.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly. Remove and serve.

Serves 6 to 8.
