1 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. pecans (does not include garnish)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip (plus topping)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding
5 c. milk

Combine flour, butter and pecans. Spread in 9"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Prepare vanilla pudding using 2 1/2 cups milk. Put on top of cream cheese layer. Repeat with chocolate pudding, spread over vanilla pudding. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill.
