APPLE CHEESE CRISP 
1/2 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. shredded cheese
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 1/2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Arrange the apples in 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and other ingredients mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
