CHEESE POTATO CRISP 
1/4 c. butter
5-6 med. potatoes
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in pan in moderate oven 375 degrees. Cut potatoes lengthwise, slice 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in single layer in pan turning once to coat both sides with butter. Combine corn flakes, cheese, salt, and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done and topping is slightly brown and crisp.
