CHEESE CRISPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and beat in cheese. Gradually stir in flour alternating with sour cream. Add caraway seeds and gather dough into a ball.

Roll out half of the dough to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured board. Cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with egg white and bake 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool on rack and repeat with remaining dough.
