GRASSHOPPER PIE 
14 chocolate sandwich type cookies
2 tbsp. butter
24 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. green creme de menthe
2 tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 c. whipping cream

Crush cookies into crumbs. Melt butter and blend with crumbs. Press mixture into 8-inch pie pan. Chill. Melt marshmallows in milk over double boiler. Let cool. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Whip cream and fold in. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle top with some of the crushed cookie crumbs. Refrigerate several hours before serving or overnight.
