TORTILLA ROLLUPS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
10 flour soft tortillas
1 c. cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and drain ground beef. Remove from heat. Add cottage cheese and flour. Add 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and seasonings to mixture. Spoon into tortillas and roll up. Place, seam side down, in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over tortillas. Bake, covered, 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 3 minutes longer, until cheese melts.
