MOM GILES VEGGIE HOT DISH 
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (1 lb.) pkg. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (any frozen vegetable may be used)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms; optional
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee onion rings

Adding no water, cook frozen vegetables; see package for length of time. Add all other ingredients, except the cheese. Mix well. Top with cheese. Bake 30- 40 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered. Add 1 can Durkee's onion rings on top. Bake 2-3 more minutes. Enjoy!
