MOM'S CHICKEN - BROCCOLI HOT
DISH
 
2 boxes frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
3 to 4 lbs. chicken, cooked and boned
Velveeta cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread broccoli over bottom of pan. Spread chicken over broccoli; spread 1/4 inch slices of cheese over entire pan. Mix soup and mayonnaise; spread over cheese. Sprinkle chestnuts over soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and add onion rings. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more. Allow dish to sit a few minutes before cutting.
