BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, melted butter, and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 squares.

VARIATION: For a cornbread that is not sweet, substitute 2 (6 ounce) packages Morrison's Corn-Kits.
