1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. cold water

Mix and then add 4 eggs. Beat hard 8-10 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon butter extract and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix again. Pour into greased bundt pan.

For topping, mix 1/2 cup nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

VARIATIONS: Lemon cake mix and lemon instant pudding can be substituted. Use lemon extract. Also use chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding.
