THANKSGIVING CAKE | |
1 box spice cake mix 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 3 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Put all but pecans in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Add pecans last. Grease a Bundt pan well with butter. Sprinkle with flour. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip. |
