PUMPKIN PECAN CAKE 
Good choice for Thanksgiving!

1 pkg. spice cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
whipped cream, for topping

In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Fold in chopped pecans.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan, at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.

Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes; turn out on wire rack to complete cooling. Serve with whipped cream topping.
