PUMPKIN PECAN BUNDT CAKE 
Mix and beat at medium speed 5 minutes:

1 pkg. spice cake mix (18 oz.)
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans & a few hole ones for sides of cake

Grease bundt pan (12 cup size) liberally and flour. Place pecans on bottom and sides of pan secure with a small dab of butter. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, loosen and invert. May be frosted with a sugar glaze or whipped cream.
