GRANOLA COOKIES 
2 c. granola
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. raw honey or molasses

Combine granola, flour, salt, and cinnamon. Beat egg yolks, 3/4 cup warm water, and honey or molasses together. Stir into granola mixture a small amount at a time; mix well. Batter will be thick. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; fold into batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
