GRANOLA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
6 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. granola
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. chocolate chips

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and granola. Stir into the butter mixture, combining thoroughly. Add chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Remove from sheets; cool on racks.
