2 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco (solid)
7 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Mix all ingredients well for 7 minutes with mixer. Bake in tube pan lined with waxed paper and coated with Crisco. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
